Every half-ton bale of worn clothing and T-shirts is manually sifted and hand-cut into the proper sizes. All zippers and buttons have been carefully removed. All wipers are once more sorted by quality before being put into cartons and bales for storage.We get brand-new T-shirts and cotton materials from the top apparel manufacturers and manufacture them into wipers.Araatco has the potential to convert more than 100 tonnes to 500 of clothing each month into a variety of wipers in compacted bales, lint-free wiping rags for polishing and highly absorbent materials.
